OLMORA Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the OLMORA website and to joining the OLMORA waitlist. By using the website or signing up, you accept them.
OLMORA is a start-up project in formation, based in Zurich, Switzerland. No company has been registered yet. Until it is, the website is operated by the founders of OLMORA acting together: Anastasiia Pankratova and Yauheniya Goncherenok. In these terms, "OLMORA", "we" and "us" mean these founders. Contact: info@myolmora.com.
The OLMORA pilot programme is governed by separate Pilot Terms & Conditions (see section 3). The full OLMORA app and paid membership are not publicly available yet. They will be offered under separate terms that you will have to accept before using them.
2. The waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. It means we will email you when early access opens and explain how to get started.
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- One sign-up per person. Do not sign up others without their permission.
- A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, availability in your country, or particular features or prices.
- Early access may be offered in stages, by country or in limited numbers, at our discretion.
- We may remove sign-ups that look false, automated or abusive.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to info@myolmora.com or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Joining the waitlist does not involve any payment. Any later purchase, such as membership, will only happen under separate terms that you accept at that time.
We process your sign-up data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. The pilot programme
Before launch, OLMORA will run a pilot programme in which selected people from the waitlist can test OLMORA with their dog, including an at-home microbiome test. Taking part is voluntary and by invitation only.
The pilot is governed by separate Pilot Terms & Conditions. You will receive them with your invitation and must accept them before taking part. These website terms do not cover participation in the pilot.
4. Website content
Not veterinary advice. The website describes a product that is still in development. Its content, including the FAQ and any descriptions of the OLMORA Score, insights or microbiome testing, is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment or veterinary advice and does not replace a veterinarian. If you are worried about your dog's health, contact your vet.
Product still in development. Features, plans, prices, timelines, partners and scientific methods shown on the website are planned or illustrative. They may change before launch, and some may never be offered. Images and app screens are examples, not a promise of the final product.
Accuracy. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or always available.
Intellectual property. The OLMORA name, logo, texts, images, designs and other content on the website belong to the founders of OLMORA or to their licensors. You may view and share links to the website for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use its content commercially without our written permission.
Fair use. You may not misuse the website, for example by trying to access it without authorisation, disrupting it, scraping it with automated tools, or submitting false or harmful content.
Links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Liability
The website and the waitlist are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any damage arising from using the website, relying on its content, or the website being unavailable. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
6. When OLMORA becomes a company
We plan to register OLMORA as a company. When this happens, the new company will take over the website, the waitlist and all rights and obligations under these terms. You agree to this transfer. We will update these terms with the company's details and let you know by email.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the app launches or when OLMORA is incorporated. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the website or stay on the waitlist after a change, the new terms apply.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence.
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
